Am I crazy if I need a life coach?

Am I crazy if I need a life coach?

Did you know that Oprah Winfrey has even 4 Life Coachies. Did you know that Lisa Nichols has 2 Life Coaches? Did you know that the most successful people on the planet like business owners and politicians have their Life Coaches?

Even Life Coaches have their coaches, including me.

Are we all crazy?

Let's put it this way. If you continue to live stressful life filled with negativity, in fear of what other might say about you and your wishes, and in prison of your own limiting beliefs, there's a much greater chance you will lose your mind one day, or at least to become this unhappy person afraid of leaving the gray comfort zone.  Life coaching will prevent this by giving you bright vision for your future and provide you with action plan to get there.

Life Coach is a best friend who will help you to become resourceful so you can get what ever you desire as long as it doesn't hurt anybody else. Life Coach will help you to eliminate negative beliefs, to draw bright image of your perfect future, help you to set goals, objectives and action plan to get you there. Sometimes it will be easy for you to achieve this, sometimes you will zhave to work really hard.

But everything will depend on your dedication.

Don't worry, though, even if you get stuck somewhere on this road, Life Coach will be there to inspire you to keep going.

You see, life coaching is the best present to yourself and only those who want personal growth and success are willing to hire a Life Coach.

  1. It is too bad that there are negative stigmas around life coaches and therapists.  I have seen a counselor for a year now and I feel like I am a normal person.  Ultimately it is important to realize that everyone has problems and when you do something about it you are being proactive.  There is nothing to be ashamed of for seeing someone for help.
