"What if I can't make it?"
This is the big question we all asked at some point in life. What if I can't make that touchdown? What if I can't get "A" in college? What if I can't get them to love me? What if I can't do the presentation at work?
Even now when I'm writing these rows I feel that shimmering feeling of nervousness. Even though questions like these aren't part of my daily routine anymore when I think of them I become anxious because of a possible negative outcome they impose.
That's why I'll talk about these questions in today video.
Did you know that questions you ask determine what you're focusing on?
You know the saying: "Where focus goes energy flows"? Well, questions you ask will tell you what you are focusing on in your own life or in the world around you. And, depending on this focus (question) you'll feel either motivated or demotivated, inspired or stuck.
During my coaching practice, I met many people struggling with the feeling of being stuck. And what I realised is that almost every one of them got there only because they asked wrong questions. So today you'll learn how to ask the better ones in order to improve the quality of your life.
And when you get a chance to watch this video I would love to hear from you.
Which limiting questions you've asked in the past that led you to be stuck? Can you remember past experiences which made you feel or think badly about yourself or about the world, did questions you asked at that time contribute to feeling hopeless?
What can you learn from these experiences and how can you rephrase questions in order to get a better answer? What better question can you ask in order to resolve problems or achieve goals?
Tell me about it in a comment below. Be sure to share in detail your thoughts and feelings. Maybe your comment can be a leading star for someone else who bumps into it and help them resolve their issues. Help me with this vision of making the world a better place to live.
Thank you so much for watching!
